Dear All,

Swati here, once again need your suggestions on Manpower Planning.

Few days back, 6 days seminar on the topic of a profession of management has been organized for all the senior members of the firm (top Mgt & middle Mgt.)where we learned no of management specifically related my firm which is a CA firm.

Now, MY firm asked me to prepare a example on planning concept,so, i took Manpower Planning for this to make them understand which will not only serve the purpose of manpower planning for my firm but also i would be able to make them understand step by step the planning concept.

But i tried a lot for and come up with good work but stuck somewhere.

Could all of you can give some suggestions ...

Please go through with the doc attacted of planning and please advise me on whole but specifically i need ur suggestions on purple coloured steps..

please need ur valuable suggestions.

Hello Praneeth,

What information do you want updating? I can only post my comments here and I cannot send information to private mails, when I do not have much information about the individual.

Hi before you write the synopsis you should conduct a literature survey to justify what you are doing. You need to state why the topic is important to the organisation where you will be conducting the research, etc.
