Responsibilities of an Asst. Manager depends on the organisation and the person itself. The objective of the organisation is of utmost consideration while having the responsibilities defined for an HR. For example, some companies might like to work out on the options of cost cutting and would want the AM HR to do the required for cost cutting, while some companies might want the AM HR to work on factors affecdting attrition and measures to stop attrition and implement new employee enthisiasm tools. While some companies might like the AM HR to formulate the policies of the company and make it a process oriented organisation.
