Dear rehman,
The salary settlement after termination depends upon your agreement which you might have signed before resuming the duties. Usually it will be one month salary if terminated prior notice after the end of the period mentioned, if terminated with immediate effect one month salary in lieu. Hence, all it depends upon the aggement a i told you. So plz refer the same.

hi rehman
as per the uae law if an employee is terminated during notice period which can be max 6 months then an employer is not obliged to pay any settlements that is end of service benifits, tickets or leave sal . In fact during probation termination acn be done immediately without notice period that is why they cleverly terminated you before the completion of your probation .
so all you need to do is go back as you would have got six months labour ban ......or come back n get new job n can get the ban lifted by paying AED 5000 .
all the best
