we are currently reviewing the benefits for our company employees for India region and we would like to understand as to how can we give better medical benefits to our employee. we have a medical cashless facility from TTK at this point of time and we are having lot of service issues with them.So we want to change the Insurance company too to get the better health service.
Do you have any good experiences with TTK ? or else is there any other health service companies better then TTK.
Please let me know which Insurance company and service do you prefer.

Der is another companys also like oriental insuranse and new india insurance which gives u a good claim and quick service . Even we had alots of problem and they r not claiming 100% only 80%

There are only two exclusive health insurance companies in india. star health nsurance and apollo dkv.
star health is providing group mediclaim policies for the Tamil nadu govt employees and slo for andhra pradesh group schemes.
Normally afte issuing the mediclaim policy, the TPA is managing the claim parts and there are several isssues.
But here in case of star health there is no intermediary .NO TPA. in house claim settlement by them. Hence the service seems to be good.
