Hi, Please let me know the health insurance structure for 3 months contract staff. What are the health insurances that we can take for the staffs who are only for 3 months contractual.

I hope you are referring to complimentary mediclaim insurance for Contract staff who are hired on 3 months basis ?
Based on your Company Policy you may plan for 1 or 2 or 3 Lakh coverage per head. Next process is to identify service provider i.e. Insurance Companies. You may get a comparative quote and finalize the better one. Considering the short stint you will get best quote from the insurance Companies.
One suggestion. Instead of providing 3 months mediclaim insurance plan for 1 year so that in case of extension of contract there will not be any need to apply for fresh mediclaim again.
