Hi,
I have resigned from one company in Sept 2007 and joined another company in Sept 2007. The new employer was a start up and the PF account was ready from September 2007 only. I have applied for the PF transfer with the current employer immediately.
When contacted in the PF office I understand that the transfer process is moving and my application has been sent from one PF office (previous company area) to the to the PF office (current employer area) for the signatory verification as of October 2008. The signatory (was an interim officer) who signed my transfer document does not work with the current employer anymore and the present signatory is a different person. What is the probable negative impact during the signatory verification process? Will it lead to a situation wherein I will have to start a new transfer process?
Is there any easy online way for me to track the transfer progress?
Regards

Do you mean that I have to resubmit for the PF transfer? I have already submitted it 6 months before, and I came to know on October 7th that it is still under progress.

Hi Madhu,
You will get a Form No.13 from your present office and you can fill it up, only thing is you need to get your PF Number with your previous employer. Even you can call them and get the number and submit from your office itself to the PF Office, it will be done.
Regards,
Jeni
