I have gone through the PMS structure; however, it is a little bit complicated and would take so much time to execute. If there is a simpler one, then it would be easier for you to communicate to employees.

Your performance review is good. I had a doubt as you mentioned 10 parameters in the report, but what will be the points on these 10 parameters? Normally, we have some standard parameters. Can you please send them to me?
