Hi,

I am thinking of revamping the salary structure for our BPO employees. How can I design the incentive plan for them? I am thinking of including the attendance allowance, some performance-linked bonus. What else can I include to make it more lucrative for the BPO employees, keeping in mind that they only look for hard cash?

Can you design one for me? I just want to get one idea of how I can plan the entire salary package for an employee who is paid Rs. 10,000 per month.

Hi Ayona,

I am currently working on incentive plans for our agents. Their salaries range from 5k to 10k. We have planned to consider the following 3 parameters: Sales, Quality, and Attendance (per month). This might be of some help to you.

Should there be any other parameters to be included in the plan, I request the seniors to help me and Ayona in framing an incentive plan, especially during this recession period.
