- Involved in the selection process, conducting aptitude tests, final interviews, salary fitment, screening, negotiation on various aspects of roles and positions offered.
Induction and Orientation:
- Plan, organize, and conduct induction programs, devise orientation plans for new joiners.
- Complete joining formalities, i.e., collect the required documents.
Training and Development:
