Absenteeism Rate can be calculated by using the following formula:
No of Man days worked / Actual Working Days * 100 = % Attendance.
100 - % of attendance = rate of absenteeism.
For example:
- No of Man Days worked: 26
- Actual Working days: 31
Therefore, 26/31 x 100 = 83.8% = Attendance
100 - 83.8 = 16% = Rate of Absenteeism
