I have been working for an IT company as part of the Administrative Unit for the last 3 years. Although I am not a core HR person academically, I have been handling various HR functionalities such as recruitments, organizing training, seminars, payrolls, etc. I have also been assisting my HR unit with various project-specific requirements. Now, I wish to be a part of HRM.
