I would like to know a format where in i can get all details of the employees with his career path in the organisations ie his individual growth

Although you could design a format yourself based on how you want to use it further. Please find attached a suggested format - with the horizontal axis being TIME and the vertical axis representing upward movement. You can further add items like qualifications gained during the years.
