All Seniors,
We want to implement PCMM and I am assigned with the task - Compensation, in the capacity of both Process owner and Process author.
Please suggest how to start off with it. Where can I look for sample templets and how to go about documenting, finding gaps and analyzing scope for improvements.
Please suggest If there are any available material or sample PCMM documentation.

Hello friend,
Has your company engaged any consultant for implementation of PCMM requirements? There will possibly be need of an expert consultant to guide you.
Compensation is applicable for level 2 " Managed" level companies.
I am attaching a pdf file which spells out the requirements of the model.
You may list each item mentioned in the model and find out if that is practised in your company regarding "Compensation" [ Pls refer last chapter in this pdf file]. This will help you identify the gaps. Then you may need to prepare action plan to ensure that processes are established for each of those requirements and are carried out as a managed process in the organization.
