An exhaustive policy, and it is really nice of you to share it with all members of citehr. I am an ex-Army officer looking for a change. Please do let me know if there is an opening in HR/Admin.
I have over 12 years of experience in HR/Admin management, and I have working knowledge of SAP (HR). Currently, I am handling Human Resources & Administration at a Chemical Plant (100% Export Unit) located in Derabassi, Punjab. The Plant spans an area of about 50 acres and has a staff of over 700 employees.
