Dear Friends,

The first appraisal focuses more on assessing the candidate's behavioral skills, which include punctuality, accountability, social responsibility, and general attire. It will account for 25-30% of the productivity standards expected from you. Time management will be another criterion. Obviously, your self-judgment and confidence play a key role.

I could give you the parameters based on which the first appraisal process is carried out. I did not get you on how you prepare for the appraisal; I don't think there will be any interview before you go for an appraisal. The appraisal is given purely based on the competencies and performance, which I explained.
