You can consider the following:

1. Duration of the internship.
2. Policies on payments, leaves, allowances, etc.
3. Evaluation of candidates.
4. Awarding of certificates.
5. You can get into an agreement with one school or a few schools where you directly recruit interns from them.
6. Alternatively, you can opt for an open invitation.
