Performance Appraisal for Lecturers

We are looking for a way to evaluate our lecturers' performance in our college, based on which their benefits like increments can be calculated. Can anyone give us the right approach for conducting a performance appraisal?

You can opt for the 360-degree appraisal technique whereby the lecturers will be evaluated by all the concerned parties on all possible parameters. The parties could involve students, colleagues, and the dean. If you need help, I can assist you in designing the forms as I have recently implemented it in my college.
