I would need help with the working hours. Currently, the working hours consist of a 10-hour shift over 5 working days. The 10-hour shift includes a 1-hour fixed break and a 30-minute extended break.

Is the above in line with the law?

Yes, since the spread over (the total hours inclusive of intervals for rest) is less than 10 hours and 30 minutes as permitted by law, there is no issue. For a week, anyway, it will not cross 48 hours as you work for 5 days in a week.

Please also ensure that your break is arranged in such a way that after 4 hours of continuous work, the employees get at least a 30-minute break.
