Hi, What is the role of an Operator? Is he a machine operator delivering spare parts? If measurable output is in place, then the performance of the Operator can be evaluated by the number of spare parts manufactured for the day. Set realistic goals regarding per-day expected targets. If the Operator achieves over and above, make him qualify for the incentive.
