If your current PF wages (Basic+DA) is less than Rs.15000/- then you need to consider all the components of the Gross salary excluding HRA so as to arrive at Rs.1800/-PF deduction. However if the PF wages is already Rs.15000/- or above then no need to consider other components of Gross salary.
