New and fresh employee wages previously he was not working (Basic +DA) more than 15000/- he was not interested to be covered by EPFO , he was giving form 11 for exempted from epfo is it acceptable

Hi, If the new employee is already a member of the EPF Scheme, then the employee will continue to receive PF benefits. However, if the new employee is not a member of the PF scheme and if his/her PF wages are greater than Rs. 15,000, such employees can be excluded from PF. Form 11 should be collected for the same.
