Hi, Organization's hierarchy is company-specific and depends on the number of employees. In proprietorship companies, the proprietor oversees and controls all employees, whereas in larger organizations, there is a multi-level hierarchy structure department-wise. A supervisor's decision in big organizations can be challenged by the next level of authority, whereas in proprietorship companies, the proprietor's decision is final (monopoly).

The time frame for a trainee to reach a senior position depends on the trainee's grasping ability and the scope of growth opportunities in the organization. There are no fast-track options like educational courses available.
