Dear Seniors, I have a question regarding ESIC days. In my company, workers are paid daily wages at 450/-. Suppose they work for 30 days and do 3-4 hours of overtime daily, how many days should I consider for ESIC paid days when filing monthly contributions? Please guide me.
Thank you

If they work for 30 days or are paid for 30 days, put 30. If they take a weekly day off without pay, then the paid days will be 25 or 26 in a month. Do not mix the overtime with attendance or paid days. Overtime payment will have to be added to the total payment made and shown as salary.
