I have been tasked with working on the holiday calendar for the year 2023, and this work-from-home situation has just complicated things for me. We have two offices in India, and I initially created the list based on these two locations. However, the management has informed me that we now need to consider all locations where we have WFH employees, which has increased the number from 2 to 10 locations.

My reservations about this change are that it may lead to availability issues with team members when needed and could become an operational nightmare in the long run.
