Respected Seniors, Good Afternoon! I want to understand one thing: under which act does our company fall, the Shop Act or the Factories Act? We are a product development company in the field of solar energy, and we are outsourcing our products from another company. Please suggest.

Hi, Since you are not manufacturing the product and as products are outsourced from another company (either kept for display or moved to the customer place directly, which you have not mentioned), I think you should follow the Shops and Establishment Act.

Thank you, sir, for your support. We directly move the products to the customer end. We have only R&D, Sales & Marketing, and Store Purchase departments. So, is it fine to follow the Shops and Establishment Act?
