Please guide me on how to manage employee relations in an organization, specifically in an IT company. Help me in maintaining employee relations in the organization. What steps do I need to take to maintain employee relations in an IT software company?

Presently, in my organization, 200 employees are working. I just wanted to know what all things or major steps I can take to maintain Employer-Employee Relations, as well as Employee-Employee Relations. So, if you are able to suggest a few things, that will be more helpful to me.
