Exit and Joining Dates: Could This Overlap Cause Issues with HR at My New Job?

Can the exit date and joining date become an issue with the HR of the last organization? He maintained the same exit date from the last organization. In the organization where I'm currently joining, will they check my UAN, and could it potentially become an issue?

Hi, In case your DOJ with new employer is earlier than DOL of last company then you will face issue in claiming / transferring PF. How it happened. Either change DOL or DOJ
