The Act has not been amended to make the CLRA Act applicable to those who engage 50 or more contract laborers, but Chapter XI of the proposed Occupational Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Act, which deals with contract labor, applies only to those establishments that engage 50 or more contract laborers.
