Dear Colleague,
HR BP is a concept where the HR business partner is a strategic liaison between HR and the business. These senior HR professionals have a deep understanding of the business and ensure that HR helps the business make an impact. However, the HR business partner as a function is changing wherein the HR BP is to drive the key business parameters through HR Systems and sub-systems like TA, PMS, L&D, Engagement, Career Plans, and KRA/KPI/Rewards, and so on. It is a practice that will come only with a deep understanding of the business to which you are associated once you enter the industry. Hence, my strong recommendation is not to enroll in any course and waste money. Instead, read a lot of materials and watch the videos on HRBP, which will give you a deeper understanding of the concepts of HRBP. Then apply your original thoughts and align them with your business and your HR together to drive the business parameters.
