Can anyone help with the shift schedule for 8 hours of duty with the below situation?

1. Total of 30 employees
2. Three shifts (8-hour shift per day)
3. 48 hours working in a week per employee

The weekly shift should be 48 hours. After 2 continuous night shifts, 1 night off, and a week off in a week are mandatory.

Shift Scheduling Options

It may be possible by different permutations and combinations. Some options are below:

1. In a week, it may be 2 days A shift, 2 days B shift, 2 days C shift, and one day off.

2. Based on the number of employees per shift, make the rotation in such a fashion that, in most cases, the day off will fall after the night shift.

3. There may be rotational days off.

4. In case of absence, the situation will be a bit complicated. It may be managed by 4 hours of overtime from succeeding and preceding shifts.

By studying the entire shift distribution with the number of employees and, if necessary, rotational days off, it will be possible to solve.
