Hi all, This is Prasath. I worked in a software company from March 2015 to January 2018. I did not serve my 30 days' notice period due to a medical emergency (disc problem from a minor accident). As a result, I requested immediate resignation from the employer. They offered me a 6-month leave, which I declined, and I was relieved on 18th January 2018. After my therapy, I fully recovered within a year. Subsequently, I focused on preparing for government exams and did not actively seek employment. However, I have not cleared any exams yet. Now, at the age of 30, I aim to pursue a career in the IT field as a software testing engineer again. What challenges might I face from this point onwards, and how can I address them?
Thank you.
