Hello everyone, I am in the process of preparing task-based/output-based contracts for short durations. Could anyone please suggest how to go about it? What clauses are required in the contract, or if anyone has any samples that can be shared, that would be of great help. Looking forward to your support.

Earlier, while replying to one of the posts, I provided a list of points that can be included when issuing the Purchase Order (PO). The same list is also applicable when drafting a contract. You can refer to the list by clicking https://www.citehr.com/616618-freela...ml#post2437752.
Whether you are creating a contract agreement or not, please ensure that the PO is issued on your company letterhead. Simply sending an email is not adequate.
