Kindly guide me on what can be done during my notice period. I was forced to resign from my position by my reporting manager and area sales manager. I joined Care Health Insurance Company in the agency sales department five months ago. The reporting manager did not provide proper support and guidance during my tenure with Care Health Insurance. Whenever I requested to join business calls and development activities, the reporting manager refused to support and did not allow me to build the sales team initially. Instead, he started pressurizing me to bring in business every day. This constant mental harassment and demotivation led to a decrease in my productivity. When I asked for guidance or support, the reporting manager behaved rudely, using vulgar language, underestimating me, insulting me in team meetings, and constantly threatening to terminate me or put me on a performance improvement plan (PIP). Despite bringing this issue to the attention of my area sales manager, it was not resolved, as the area sales manager also favored the reporting manager.

In light of these circumstances, I decided to submit my resignation in order to seek other opportunities to support my family. During this time, I received an offer from another life insurance company with a lower package and a shorter notice period for joining. I discussed this opportunity with the Care Health area sales manager and HR officials, requesting an immediate release to join the new company. However, all relevant authorities at my current company insisted on serving the notice period by blocking my employee ID, which prevented me from accessing portals. Despite multiple email requests, they were uncooperative and demanded that I work until the end of the notice period, assuring me verbally that my attendance would be regularized.

I seek guidance on how to appeal against these developments and obtain justice, as I am currently not receiving my salary from the company and am concerned about receiving my Full and Final (FnF) settlement. Please assist me in this matter.
