Dear Naina, While you have requested to draft a letter for you, you have not provided basic information such as the nature of the business, the type of this "Holiday Company," the kind of tie-up you will have with the hotel, and how the hotel will benefit from tying up with you. Without this information, it will be difficult to provide any draft.
