Online PF Entries and Transactions
As per the latest rule, all the PF entries and transactions are online. If you are an establishment, you may have to use the website https://unifiedportal-emp.epfindia.gov.in/epfo/ by providing your Establishment ID and Password. If you are a member, you have to use https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/ with your UAN Number and Password instead.

For New Employee Registration - Form 5
To save TDS on the interest income on EPF - Form 15G
Auto transfer of EPF - Form 11
Claim as per the EDLI scheme - Form 5(IF)
Declaration and Nomination form - Form 2
EPF Account transfer - Form 13
Buying LIC Policy - Form 14
For EPF withdrawal - Form 31
For claiming monthly pension - Form 10D
For claiming withdrawal benefits/scheme certificate of EPS - Form 10C
Final Employees’ Provident Fund Settlement - Form 19
EPF Final settlement in case of death of the employee - Form 20
