If an International worker left the job and he/she wants to withdraw PF amount but he forgot his password and registered mobile no. is deactivated, please guide.

Under "Forgot Password," there are options to change the mobile number, provided the employee has all submitted documents handy. The portal may ask for verification of any one document to proceed. If it matches the documents submitted, they will allow the change of mobile number by sending an OTP to the new number. Thereafter, the employee can proceed to change the password.

The Umang app is helpful for EPF employees.
