Hello sir/madam, I completed a one-year probation period in the company on September 30, 2020. However, during this period, I was not assigned to any project but instead focused on taking courses that would be beneficial for upcoming projects. Should I inquire with HR about the confirmation letter now, or would it be advisable to wait for some more time? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and regards.

Appointment Letter and Probation Clause

Have you received your appointment letter? In that letter, there should be a clause on probation and confirmation. What does it state? Unless you provide some information about this to us, it will be difficult for us to give a concrete suggestion.
