Hello, My last working day with my previous to the previous organization was 31st of March 2019 and my joining date for the next organization was 29th March 2019. Due to a miscommunication, there was an overlapping of 3 days. But my previous organization accepted the issue and allowed me to join on 29th March and with their consent, I joined and everything went smoothly. Now recently got the 3rd job but when I will send them the documents which will show my last working day and joining date are overlapping will they create any problem.

Why did you join on 29th March 2019 itself when your last date was 31.3.19. Did you leave the Co. on 28th itself without serving the Notice period effectively upto 31.3.19? Which means you received salary for 29,30 & 31st on both the places?
