You need to practice HR management and HR operations by joining a startup company and then transitioning to a company with a larger employee base. Exposure to the HR field can only help you enhance your knowledge.
If you are aiming for academic growth, there are courses available that will help you enrich and expand your knowledge. You may consider checking with institutions such as IIM-Lucknow, XLRI Jamshedpur, TISS, and Symbiosis, among others.

Dear Riya Sharma,
You have acquired MBA(HR) from Kurukshetra university in 2019. There is no point in doing another master degrees from IIM, XLRI, TISS or Symbiosis spending another 2 years full time.
Rather than you take up an employment, get practical exposure, read various books, bare Acts. Don't rely on google. Check its authenticity. Make some one GURU who is known to you having good knowledge.
I will recommend you short time courses part time in specialised area, only to get in-depth knowledge and not for acquiring any certificate. You have already one Masters Degree.
I will suggest you specialisation in labour laws, industrial psychology or T&D. Do some thing in POSH.
ISTD diploma is a distance learning Programme of 18 months duration but it is recognised by Govt. of India for training of trainers in the country and is designed to meet today’s Training/HRD challenges.
