If we are already maintaining registers under Factories act 1947 then is it mandatory to maintain all registers under Minimum wages Act also?

Now, combined annual returns need to be submitted under the Factories Act, which includes the Factories Act rules, Contract Labour Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, and Maternity Benefit Act. You need to maintain registers for aspects not covered under the Factories Act, such as deduction registers, advance registers, etc.
