The Role of Civil Servants in India
All the admin professionals in India are well aware of the role played by civil servants in obtaining NOCs, permissions, and approvals from various central and state authorities. Modern HR systems are not just meant for industry. It's time for the Government of India (GoI) and all state governments to adopt modern HR systems and integrate them with the basics of Sanatana Dharma. As the employer of all government servants in India, the President of India must play an active role in this. In fact, the Government of India must be a role model for HR systems for the states and the industry. It must be the best employer in the country and serve as a model worth emulating.
