You are feeling that the discrimination is followed by the management between Staff and Officers. This has got no substance and without a base. This difference are existing each & every establishments.
It is a well run practice across the industries that officers/mangers are given some extra facility that of staff category. You may also say, why the salary and other perquisites are being paid higher than of staff is also a subject of discrimination.

Dear colleague,
This cannot be looked at as unjust discrimination but legitimate distinction in service conditions between the officers and staff. Such distinction is necessary in any organisation, which acts as motivation to staff to aspire for higher position as well as to attract right talent in the organization.
