You can implement a sanitizer system at the entrance, and employees need to be alerted for handwashing at certain intervals. Also, to minimize/prevent the spread, you can use a very low-cost product like "Safe Hands," which is a safety hook to be used by individuals to open doors, press lift buttons, ATM buttons, etc. This avoids contact of hands with contaminated surfaces, if any.
