In my current working company, they have not been paying the salary for the last 7 months. Despite the Covid-19 lockdown in India and the government declaring that no company should withhold the salary of employees, the company has been citing financial crisis as an excuse.
Kindly suggest what I can do?

It is quite unfortunate to note that you have not received your salary for the last seven months. Collectively, all the employees can go to the labor office and file a complaint about the non-disbursement of the monthly wages. Upon receipt of the complaint, the labor office will issue a notice to the employer.
