Is It True That Highly Skilled Workers Can't Have Their Last Working Day on a Sunday?

Is there any labour law we have, which says Last Working Day will not be on Sunday for highly skilled. From Gurleen Kaur

It depends on your company's weekly off policy. If the weekly off is on Sunday, then the last working day can't be on Sunday. It doesn't matter what position the employee holds.

Just to ask, why keep the last working day on Sunday?
