Policies available to those who are out of ESI coverage - social security provision i can provide?

Hello to all. In Maharashtra state, if any of my employee/staff's salary is above 21000/- he is legally out of purview of ESI Act.
I want to ask you, what is the social security provision i can provide to my these employees (Staff not covered by ESIC scheme.)

You can think of providing Personal Accident Insurance, Group Term Insurance policies to such employees.
