Hello Santosh,

It appears there won't be any difference in emoluments, duties, responsibilities, work ethics, etc., except in tenure of employment. I don't think of any major differences; however, if the tenure will be less than 5 years, how are you going to regulate gratuity? The rest of the components can be common for regular and FTE as well.

Salary for fixed-term employees cannot be less than the minimum wage prescribed by the state government for their category of skill. It is not necessary to give them a salary on par with your regular/permanent employees.
