1. Each human being is different; there is no prototype.
2. Each individual's upbringing, education, culture, knowledge, skills, and experiences are different and vary from one another.
3. Consequently, expectations from a job, role, responsibility, or benefits from management will vary from person to person.
4. Therefore, a single policy announcement from management will not please or motivate all employees. This needs to be kept in mind.
5. One needs to identify the driving factors or motivation factors for each employee, which may include more salary, more responsibility, more recognition, upskilling, learning, etc.
