How do we charge the retail sales and CS trainings? For many years, we have been providing free training to all car dealers across India. Now, we would like to start charging for the trainings. Can anyone help me with how to proceed? Are there any specific criteria I need to consider?

There is no fixed criterion. You can assess the number of dealers you have for a session and determine the costs for the venue, trainer, and administrative charges. Then, you can add a margin and calculate the total cost. Conduct some research and communicate with car dealers to gauge what would be reasonable for them. Since you have been providing the training for free, a common query would be: why should I pay for this training now? If the dealers have benefited from your previous workshops, they may not object to paying some fees now.
