Employee has resigned without intimation and recovery for loan is pending. How can we recover the amount?

Hi,

If an employee is confirmed, he has been on leave for a long time. Did they obtain prior approval from their immediate boss or HR in writing?

If not, you can issue an absconding notice to them and advise them to report to work immediately. If they do not do so, you can take legal action with documentary proof of outstanding/debit balance.
